Welcome to another issue of MUDIA ART !

Finally we have managed to finish this second issue. Some extra hard work was required to get all things down in place. It seems that scene times do really change as years pass by and we need more than twice the work we used to invest, to move this second issue out.

We also could not do it without the help of several sceners. All these delays seem to be part of the scener's normal way of life these days ;)

But nevertheless here we present MUDIA ART issue 2 and I hope that once again you will enjoy it. Some may wonder that the menu graphics are nearly the same, but just to let you know, we will keep a menu for 2 or 3 issues. So in issue 3 you could maybe see some fresh graphics :)

MUDIA ART is still developing and growing and will have some changes in every new issue. so just stay tuned :) One of them is is that Mop is back. Welcome home in the prisons of Alcatraz my friend. So to cut long words shortly, enjoy MUDIA ART and the cursor goes over to Mop...

I have been lurking in the scene shadows for a few years, watching new demos during lunch breaks, and reading the odd magazine in the evenings.

As the saying goes, once scener, always scener. I believe that once discovered, the scene becomes part of who you are. You don't cease to be a scener because you stop taking an active part in the release of new producions. What's a movie without an audience? Same for scene demos.

It was never my intention to re-father a disk-based magazine on PC, like in the Amiga years gone by, mainly because we nowadays have many different forums and mediums where one can discuss gossip and scene chit-chat in real time. The idea of Mudia Art struck me, because the focus lies on the artist and his artistic work. It has been a very difficult time trying to locate long gone-by scene legends, trying to extrude a few lines of text from known artists active today.

Scene times change, and so do we. That's the revolution of evolution for you and me. And that is the way it will always be, for as long as there is curiosity and an element of talent in the human being, the will to create the innovative will give birth to new demo effects and scene art...
